ABOUT
Martina Croso Mazzucco is an architect, urbanist, conservationist, and researcher dedicated to rural planning and territorial ecology. She is the founder of Arquitetura Rural Planejamento Integrado and co-founder of TEA Territorial Ecology Awareness.
Martina earned a MSc in Forest Ecosystems Conservation from the University of São Paulo (USP) - Luiz de Queiroz School of Agriculture (ESALQ), a specialist degree in ESG and Corporate Sustainability from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and a BA in Architecture & Urbanism from Mackenzie Presbiterian University.
Her journey in nature conservation began over two decades ago during rock climbing trips across South America, where she encountered both the resilience of preserved natural ecosystems and the escalating degradation of rural landscapes. These experiences shaped her vision and inspired a professional career focused on rural planning and sustainable development.
Raised in a mixed Italian-Brazilian family, she is the proud daughter of a corporate lawyer and an artist/olive oil producer.
